Welcome to yuMeet, a social application designed exclusively for university students. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yuMeet, owned and operated by CAYDE SERVICES INC. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using yuMeet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Account & Security
To use yuMeet, you must be a current university student and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. CAYDE SERVICES INC. is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use yuMeet in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for all content you post, which must not be:
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate.
- Disruptive to the app or other users' enjoyment.
- Infringing on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
5. Termination
CAYDE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAYDE SERVICES INC. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of yuMeet. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or that the app will be available at all times.
